Here’s a good post on something we talk alot about on our site, time management and getting things done.
As a consultant and keynote speaker, I get to work with a wide variety of organizations. One of the core issues I find almost everyone struggling with these days is time management. Throw in all the distractions from voice mail, email, texting, tweeting, etc., and it’s a wonder we can focus on a single task for more than a few minutes at a time.
